Firstly Darren explained the reason of the problem, the parts need to be replaced and the work need to be done. Then on the installation day, Edward and Daniel did a great job in the installation and testing. For all those time the communication has been easy and effective. Darren installed a new furnace/air conditioner unit for us and did a fantastic job. Everything was neat and tidy as he made an effort to make the end product look as nice as possible. All wires and tubes were secured and located out of the way. The system works well and looks good. Darren is very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why he took so much pleasure in doing a great job. Darren was called to repair our gas fireplace. The fireplace had intermittent flames and the igniter wasn't firing properly. Darren arrived prepared and clearly explained what he planned to do. No parts were needed, however a good cleaning solved our problems. I appreciated the care Darren took in keeping his working area clean. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend his services.

Over the past 2 years I have used Darren on 3 separate occasions: we had intermittent hot running water and thought we required a new hot water tank. Darren investigated and determined it was the timer that regulated the hot water flow was not set properly and made a quick adjustment and all was fine after.
Next, Darren installed an air conditioning system for us and provided us with several options for our final decision.  We are extremely happy with his customer service and quality of his workmanship.
Finally, we recently installed a new outdoor BBQ Kitchen and required his services for a new gas line to be connected into the BBQ and required plumbing for the new BBQ kitchen sink as well.
This overall process took a few days while he coordinated with the installers of the BBQ units so the connection could be precise. Upon completion of Darren's work, the BBQ installers has commented the work performed by Darren was excellent. I highly recommend Darren and will use his services again when needed.

I recently had my furnace repaired by Darren at ComfortKnox. His customer service was great during the whole process. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. My furnace has been working perfectly ever since and pricing was totally reasonable.

Darren of Comfort Knox, it was a pleasure to have him work on our geothermal hot water delivery system when it was needing replacement. His quoted price was competitive, he provided excellent pre-site guidance and on-site repair service. After installation, he was also happy to provide an inspection of the rest of the geothermal system.
He is keen, and knowledgeable. A difficult combination to beat. Highly recommended.
